Description
The Learning Disabilities Floating Support (LDCS) service is a locality model (covering North/South Camden) that seeks to improve outcomes for children (14+) and adults (18+) with LD and a range of complex co-occurring needs, such as mental health, autism and behaviours of concern. It is preventative in nature, as the support prevents, reduces and delays the need for more intensive accommodation-based support.
