Description
The Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner for Cumbria has directly commissioned a specialist Psychological Screening Programme, which is the surveillance programme recommended and fully validated by the College of Policing for high-risk roles. Clinical Psychologist and programme lead also provides the clinical governance for all clinical staff undertaking the screening programme under the provider's direction and conducts the psychological assessments on those officers found to have high trauma or clinical scores.
